Welcome! I'm so excited that you've landed here. 

The She Lifts Program is for females
(minimum age 14)who are looking to learn how
to lift weights safely, start to build strength
& muscle, and learn more about their body
along the way. Whether you are a beginner,
you're getting back into training, or you're
looking to switch things up, all experience levels
are welcome. The program includes either a
single or 2 x weekly small group personal
training strength sessions.

Current Sessions Times:
6:00am & 4:30pm Tuesday's
6:00am Thursday's

Your investment is $30-40 per week
and is billed fortnightly. No Lock In.
